How do I renew my GIANTS Netball Membership for 2018?


GIANTS Netball Foundation Members will be able to renew their Membership for the 2018 Suncorp Super Netball from 10:00am (AEDT), Friday 13 October 2017 until 5:00pm (AEDT) Friday 3 November 2017.


To renew your Membership, simply follow the steps below:



  1. Check your inbox for your 2018 Membership Renewal email. This will contain important information, including the online link, you need to renew your existing GIANTS Netball Membership.

  2. Login to the Membership Portal using your username and password.

  3. Follow the steps to renew your 2018 GIANTS Netball Membership.


How do I become a Member for the first time?


New Members will be able to secure a 2018 GIANTS Netball Memberships in one of two ways:



  1. Sign up for the 2018 GIANTS Netball Membership Waitlist and receive an exclusive pre-sale purchase period from 10:00am (AEDT) Friday 10 November 2017 until 5:00pm (AEDT) Monday 13 November 2017.

  2. Should there be any Memberships available after the Waitlist Pre-Sale all remaining Memberships will go on-sale to the General Public from 10:00am (AEDT) Wednesday 15 November 2017.


What is the GIANTS Netball Membership Waitlist?


The GIANTS Netball Membership Waitlist gives fans that weren’t a Member in 2017 the opportunity to purchase a Membership during an exclusive pre-sale window.


Waitlist registrants will be able to purchase any available 2018 GIANTS Netball Memberships from 10:00am (AEDT) Friday 10 November 2017 until 5:00pm (AEDT) Monday 13 November 2017. CLICK HERE to sign up to the Waitlist.


Those on the Waitlist will receive information via email regarding the exclusive 2018 Memberships pre-sale purchase window prior to Memberships being made available to the general public.


Can I pay for my Membership/s in instalments?


Yes, in 2018 GIANTS Netball Members will be able to renew their Memberships using Debit Success.


Your Membership will be paid across six monthly instalments. These instalments will commence in November 2017 and finish in May 2018. For a full list of Debit Success terms and conditions, CLICK HERE.

I had a five game Membership in 2017 but it’s not available for 2018. What can I renew?


All Members who held a Sydney Olympic Park (5 Games) Membership in 2017 will be able to renew, and retain, their seats as a Full Season Member for 2018. With more home games being played in Sydney, you’ll be able to get more out of your membership next season.


Can I choose where my Membership seats are located for 2018 home games?


Renewing Members will receive priority to keep their existing seats and request any upgrades or changes to these during the renewal process.


To upgrade or change your seats, please email giantsseatrequests@netballnsw.com with your order details and desired seating. Changes can only be made to Members seats once they’ve been renewed.


Please note: While all attempts will be made to ensure preferred seating requests are actioned, it may not be possible for all cases.  All Members who are successful in obtaining an upgrade or seating change will be contacted. Should you not hear from us, it means we were unable to accommodate your request.


When will I receive my personalised Membership Card and Pack?


Membership cards and packs are expected to be available from December 2017. Please note: there is a 28 day turnaround from when you sign up/renew your Membership until you receive your packs.


Tracking information will be emailed to all Members to be able to track your pack as it makes its way to you.


The Club will endeavour to ensure Membership packs are available pre-Christmas, however this is not guaranteed and subject to change depending on suppliers. Gift certificates will be available for GIANTS Netball Members should the Membership be a Christmas gift – please contact the membership for more information giantsmembership@netballnsw.com.


Please note: to receive Gift Certificates in time for Christmas, Members are required to purchase their 2018 Membership package and contact the Membership Team by 5:00pm (AEST), Tuesday 21 November 2017.


What is the definition of a Family Membership?


2018 GIANTS Netball Family Memberships must consist of two (2) Adults and two (2) Junior Members or one (1) Adult and three (3) Junior Members. Junior members must be under the age of 15 as of the 1 January 2018.


Who is eligible for a Concession Membership?


Persons holding a current Seniors Card, Pensioners Card or Full-Time Student Card. It is a condition of these concessions that if requested you agree to present your concession identification card upon entry to the venue. Note: Health Care Cards are not accepted as a form of concession.


How old are Junior Members?


To qualify for a Junior Membership, you must be under the age of 15 as of the 1 January 2018.


Children under the age of four (4) are permitted free entry if sitting on the knee of a paying adult/guardian.


How can I subscribe to receive GIANTS Netball emails?


2018 GIANTS Netball Members will automatically receive their official Members’ EDM via the email address provided at the time of signing up.  If you wish to opt-out, please unsubscribe through the email you have received – however the Club strongly advises against this action, as many important messages are communicated through these emails.

My contact details have changed. How do I update them?

What is the $3.95 Service & Handling fee?


Ticketek have introduced a $3.95 Service & Handling fee on all membership transactions. This fee is charged to all 2018 Membership transactions, regardless of payment method.


Where will GIANTS Netball home games be played?


GIANTS Netball will play seven (7) home games in 2018; four (4) games located within Sydney Olympic Park (two (2) at Quay Centre (formerly Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre) and two (2) at Qudos Bank Arena), one (1) home games at AIS Arena in the Australian Capital Territory. For the first time, we’ll also be taking two (2) games to the new International Convention Centre in Sydney’s CBD. A full list of fixtures can be found on the GIANTS Netball website.
